I don't know what Mr. Lira means, since he only used the words you quoted. I wondered the same thing myself, but my take is that he heard or read it from a reliable source, but couldn't find a link to media backing up his assertion. He was therefore being extra careful to point out that it was his assertion, which needed further examination. He's been careful in a lot of his videos to make sure people fact check him - don't take his word on things. ........yeah well....that's the problem......how could he comment at all without hearing exactly what was said?....It took me about 20 sec to find it (pin it down).....and what Sullivan said was NOT totally consistent with that Lira guy.....Lira sounded a bit too slick in my book........."Check me" "Check me"........I did and in the first check....he FAILED.. google: NSA Jake Sullivan said at the Economic Club behold: youtube.com ....sorry but red flags went up the first time I heard this guy..........I have to hear a lot before I'm sold on him.....I will reserve judgement until then....in light of the hit piece on him, you should also Message 33804652 Message 33804332
