lol--Georgia is the eighth largest state in the union--far from "tiny".
worldpopulationreview.com

And the reason was obvious after the 2018 fiasco. The Republican government of Georgia tried then to ensure that black people and Democratic areas generally would have a hard time voting. I guess you would call it "lawful"--after all, it was due to actions of the legislature, the governor and the secretary of state--all Republicans. And the US Congress didn't give very much money to the states to run elections during a pandemic.

This has been explained to you ad nauseum. But of course you just repeat the same crap over and over and over again. As I've said before, you have a serious case of OCD--you really should seek professional help.

re:
The expenditures in Georgia alone were $45 Million -- essentially 1/10th of the bundle in this tiny state. Why?

Someone thinks it is corrupt. And they're doing the right thing.

The right thing? I wouldn't choose that word.

The R's have a history of turning down free money for their states while the other states lap it up. Like they did with Medicaid expansion. The two maps overlap pretty well. So the taxpayers in the holdout states do without while having to pay. Disallowing Z money--the oversight cost being tiny--seems like cutting off your nose to spite your face to me.

"That isn't a valid metric."

When you are a cheater, which Trump and you are, nothing is considered valid.
