More retarded thinking, by Richard D Hooker, the Younger = managing escalatory dynamics.

A decision centre is Washington in general, and the dome of Congress in particular, as well as the White House, and with the Pentagonal target nearby.

If the crazed Americans don't cease and desist tout suite, they will learn that carefully laid plans of mice and men for victoriously managing escalatory dynamics results in shock and awe, right between the eyes.

As Mike Tyson said, everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth. Or, in larger scale, “no plan survives first contact with the enemy”. "Managing escalatory dynamics" seems very intellectually spiffy suitable for a PowerPoint presentation.

The Russians referred to decision centres a day or two ago and that they would become targets. What that meant was that when a gang of Mafia show up to collect protection money it's run by a decision centre back at base, which is part of the overall gang, so all parts of the gang, no matter where they are located are valid targets. Similarly, neither Washington nor Moscow are separate from the gangs of people doing the actual shooting.

Supplying weaponry for killing is pretty much the same as firing it.

The pretence that USA is not conducting the war and that the war should remain confined to Ukraine is silly. When push comes to shove, which it has done, agreement to keep the conflict to the battlefield will wear thin.

Earlier in the conflict USA threatened to kill Putin. Putin has not returned the idea yet but you can be sure that Washington's marble will be turned to glass should things get seriously serious. It's better to stop fighting before that, though plenty of people would think it not all bad if instead of draining the swamp, it was dried out and glazed over.

I recommend not managing escalatory dynamics and instead, stopping the war. That will mean USA accepting their absurdly blundering ideas were bad, Crimea is part of Russia and so are the big eastern parts though Donetsk and Luhansk claim to be autonomous countries so that is a likely good outcome. Crimea is Russian so forget about that. The southern part could be a third little Balkan state equivalent = the division of Yugoslavia seems to have worked out tolerably. Fire Nuland and strip Nobel Peace Prize Warmonger Obama of his award = he started several wars and enjoyed the others he didn't start. He appointed Harpie Harridan Hillary "We came, we saw, he died ... cackle cackle cankle".
