I mentioned last Fall that I thought 56K would be obsolete within 18 months.

If this is the case, how will it affect COMS?

And will it affect ASND?

You're probably right, but until DSL is available, a lot of people will buy 56K even if only for a year, unless they fork out the extra bucks for ISDN, which is $80 per month plus installation where I live plus installation.
