I am recognizing that should the common Russians believe Putin, there is no issue, and just simplicity, that being do.nothing.to.threaten.Russia.with.what.Russia.views.as.existential.cancellation I do also recognize that such an attitude stands to endanger a lot of other rights, and might in the LT not be a good idea at all, but still the best idea for ST, and but, on balance, a good-enough starting approach.
