so what is the tactic of setting one off in a big MT wheat field This lady Rebekkah Koeffler is often on the Steve Bannon show and she was I think in DIA, Defense Intelligence Agency. Her book is called Putin's Playbook. She talks about playing wargames, Blue vs Red, with Nato forces vs Russian forces. She says they always escalate and Red (Russia) always wins. She also points out that one of Putin's plans is if his forces are surrounded or cornered, he will use a tactical nuclear bomb to get out or decimate the opposition. Apparently it become known that Russians had this plan, and these weapons, and US did not, so under Trump, at least similar low radiation, nuclear missiles were developed to be used in a Tactical way as a counter to Putin's plans.
