You said it was Russian propaganda. You were wrong. I also gave a video link to a guy who travelled around, West to East in Ukraine a day before the invasion. It clearly showed the problems, West to East in Ukraine. The guy has extensively travelled in Russia and also in Ukraine... many times. You could have looked further into it if you wanted.
