Bill, in my opinion we've had enough news. The news that's been coming out was fine when this stock needed a story. Well, now it's got a story. The best DVG on the planet. What we need now is an order. An order from a major player. Something that can be used to forecast revenue and EARNINGS. If not earnings, the news of a major player, (and not Intrine type major, I mean WCOM, AT&T, type major), stating they are on board and supporting Franklin. Of course these substantive announcements can't be made without significant research by the major company. they need to check every Jot and Tittle (to quote Jesus). I think a lot of us are getting a bit antsy. However, it doesn't do any good. What good will worry do? It won't make the day longer, it won't lengthen your life (could shorten it). The best thing to do is do what is in YOUR control. That may mean selling some shares, if necessary to get your your spirit back into peace. At this point, we have no reason to believe things aren't moving ahead. There is a lot of money been invested in FTEL by outsiders. The 10K says they have $7Mil. in the bank. That's cash. This past week there's been a MILLION SHARES change hands and we have not lost the bottom on our share price. That means someone has put up about $4.5 Million to buy these warrants. All that said, it looks like somebody with deep pockets has some belief in this company and it's products. We have a division that works with multinational and fortune type companies. We are constantly frustrated because we can't forecast revenue or manpower on the projects we're working on with them. They keep saying we're going to do something and the time line, start date, etc. is always changing. I'm certain that Frank and company are having to put up with some of this too. Keep the faith. We all believe that 1998 is the year for FTEL. I think many of these answers may come at the Stock Holders meeting later this month. I'm certain those attending will keep the SI thread appraised of what was said and will be coming. That will be the best opportunity to see where and when we are going UP, up UP> David D.
