WFoL, But from the start, it was outlined as the primary agenda. That wasn't the original goal. That was instead the excuse for invading all of Ukraine. Russia only had approx 30,000 troops in that region and that is far too little to mount urban warfare in a city with 30 to 40 thousand defenders. Wrong. There was a column of tanks and armored vehicles 40 miles long headed straight toward Kyiv. There were multiple attempts to take airports, villages, and other points of fortification just outside of Kyiv. Hundreds of tanks and thousands of Russian soldiers were lost in this "fEiNt." There was nothing militarily gained from this "fEiNt." No supply lines were cut. Military assistance from the West continues to flow freely into Ukraine. And the way Russia clumsily moved their forces from Kyiv to Donbas shows just how poorly this "fEiNt" was executed.
