Fire crews were dispatched at 2 am. - themoscowtimes.com Transneft operates the longest oil pipeline from Russia to Europe which is currently used to supply the Russian military in the Donbas region of Ukraine. The other target hit was the 120th Storage Depot of the Directorate for Rockets and Artillery on Moskovsky Ave in Druzhba.
