Sonny, You are welcome and don't forget the beet root juice too. Usually you have to get that at a health food store, but it will make you feel great. About the grand kids, I only have one coming, the almost two year old and she is a hand full, so yes I will have a hard time keeping up with anything. I am trying now to get caught up as much as possible with things around here so I can devote all of my time to her. She is coming from Phoenix, Arizona. I am getting very excited. I will be starting the nutrition program day after tomorrow and am looking forward to that. I hope we see some good action from Intel soon.
