Art, the whole point of my last post was that an order this week from ANY company would not necessarily be a "quick" move. These car companies have known of BAT for a long time, it's not like tomorrow's test will be the first time any of them see this technology! Orders have already come in based on previous knowledge of the company's technology, why would you consider an order this week a "quick" move? Do you know for sure that the Big 3 haven't already been testing this technology on their own? From Joe's interview with Barron's, it's obvious Voklswagon and Dailmer-Benz have been taking a good look at BAT for a while now, as well as the military.

Furthermore, if the Big Three (or any big automotive company) plans to test the technology, BAAT will need to give them a car which could then be reverse engineered. Remember, no patents yet.
