People who don't maintain proper pack order should not be allowed to keep strong dogs. A while back there was a case of woman being killed and eat by her own Akita. Originally the investigators thought that she had fallen and then the dog was forced to eat her to survive. But later examination proved otherwise. If a person lets the dog believe it is the pack leader, then they will face the consequences of not falling in line with the alpha.
