big difference between Russia and Korea, north, that the former has a deciding vote on how many domains to hit at a go, and if deemed necessary, hit all, simultaneously, twice, with delivery packages to spare

whereas the latter fixated on only very few domains, say three for arguments sake, and so ensuring peace and or tranquility for the rest that Kim cannot be bothered with

<PS: I just realized, trying to understand why you are making the various comments, that you are projecting White Supremacist ideology onto me. You seem to think I'm worried about the white people in Russia but not really top quality brown people in Mysore>

By giving the example of Mysore, I was just trying to show that the ways of the empires don't change so much. There are certain propaganda techniques that are employed every time. This time the vilification of Putin serves a geopolitical goal. It is a risky tactic (as everything has been thrown at it) but not entirely new otherwise.

Similarly, Putin is creating neo-nazi villains in Ukraine for his people. He knows the propaganda techniques of Empires too.
