CK,

What I really want to know are the largest short positions Homestate holds in BigCap stocks.

As I've understood their investment strategy they will invest in Y2K stocks while shorting certain BigCap/mid-caps so they can make money coming and going.... :0)

Sometime in late 1998, early 1999, I will be giving serious consideration to shorting the entire Russell 1000/2000. Why??

Because we all know that the company's most likely to go out of business will be the smaller companies who have waited to the last moment to deal with Y2K, as well as being the sector with the least resources to do so.

What time is it??? It's TAVA TIME!!!!! Maybe we'll see you on the Riviera.... <wink>

Regards,

Ron
