Dear Datek Online Customers,

My name is Tim Richter and I'd like to take the time to introduce myself as the new Vice President of Customer Support. I would like to thank Laura Lallone, the outgoing Vice President of Customer Support for doing such a fantastic job. Laura has decided to pursue other opportunities within Datek Online and we all look forward to the great contributions she will make.

I come to Datek Online after 13 1/2 years at Charles Schwab and Co. where I had been a Vice President/Branch Manager for the Past 8 1/2 years. I bring to Datek the enthusiasm and experience that will be necessary to meet the needs of our customers.

My goals in the coming months are to streamline many procedures, hire and train many new staff members, and break down any barriers that may exist in an effort to provide you with the best service and value in the online brokerage industry. I can assure you that I will enjoy this challenge and you have my commitment that we will steadily increase your satisfaction so we may earn your trust and your business. Our goal is to make Datek Online your provider of choice in the electronic brokerage world!
