Yes, Russia demonstrated the bloodthirsty savagery of earlier times is still with them. They are also willing to silence opposing speech and push outrageous propaganda on to their ignorant population. They thought mistakenly that kind of hatred for another country ended with the third reich, but now realize it’s alive and well in Russia. There is no telling what the nuclear threatening leader may do now. Imagine, threatening to release nuclear weapons because their conventional invasion of another country is going poorly. Funny, I never saw the US threatening nucs when Afghanistan wasn’t going well and Russia was arming the Taliban.
