KEA....Keane believes it is gaining year 2000 market share and will become the information technology services industry's largest compliance provider. Gilford securities (reported in Barron's this week) says other Y2K players don't have Keanne's combination of size, ample finances ($60 million of cash, no long-term debt) and 33-year proven track record of superior execution on behalf of American's most prestigious corporations. For the four years through 1996, revenues grew at an annual compound average of 47% (including to large acquisitions), net income rose an average 42% and EPS advanced roughly 28.5% a year on approximately 11% more common shares shares outstanding.

WHC.... Wackenhut is the second-largest company in the emerging private corrections industry. We think it will remain a prime beneficiary of the 25% growth we expect from the the private prison industry for the next five years.
