Producing Electric cars ( batteries, mining for materials etc) actually burns more fossil fuels than just staying with gas vehicles so wtf is your point??? I dont really care though because Climate Change is a scam anyway LOL!

California hasn't passed a bill giving rebates...so there is that. Second, Most states sun by more conservative state governments have way lower gas prices...so they cared about the poor BEFORE Biden spiked fuel costs. gasbuddy.com
