Bi-partisan...2 sides. There are D's, and there are R's. There just aren't any R's who participated in the coup. There was another commission, but R'd voted against it, too, even tho it was their plan, cuz they don't want this investigated. That commission would have ended last Dec, so you shot yourself in both feet, cuz The bipartisan deal, which recently came together after months of partisan squabbling over how to address the incident, allows leadership in both parties to appoint an equal number of members to the 10-person panel.
