So if the money for Lawrence Jones's student loan doesn't come out of his pocket it will come from the USA's Taxpayers in one form or another .... Brian Kilmeade was quite justified in being "outraged".

Any loan cancellation should be means tested. If you make over $50K/yr. you're SOL.
