So, ............ After the "Collective West" threw every conceivable SANCTION at Russia, Froze, i.e. STOLE, certain of Russia's offshore assets, as in -----> ............... it seems that the Russian currency, the RUBLE, has actually IMPROVED against the US Dollar since 25th February, one day after the Russian military entered Ukraine, when the RUBLE was ~85.18 to the USD, and it is now RUB73.35 to the USD ------> In addition the majority of EU Countries, on Russia's "Unfriendly Country List", who said that they would NOT pay for Russian Natural Gas in RUBLES have since put their tails between their legs and paid up in RUBLES via Russia's requirement that they open 2 accounts with GAZPROMBANK, one in their choice of currency and the other in RUBLES. Russia would exchange their currency into RUBLES and deposit those RUBLES in that country's RUBLE account so that the Gas can then be paid for in RUBLES. In that way there won't be any more "Freezing", i.e. Theft, of Russia's offshore assets so that an "Unfriendly Country" ends up getting their Natural Gas for NOTHING !!! And those EU countries that have refused to pay in RUBLES, such as Bulgaria, have seen Russia stop the flow of Natural Gas to Bulgaria ....... You don't pay in Rubles, you get NO GAS ..... End Of Story. And ALL of this could have been avoided if the "Collective West" had ensured that the Ukraine "government" had abided by their OBLIGATIONS contained in the MINSK AGREEMENT and UN RESOLUTION 2202(2015), which is INTERNATIONAL LAW, and was approved and ratified by the "MAJOR Powers" of the "Collective West" back in 2015 ....... BUT, there again, this is not about an "Altruistic Concern" for the peoples of Ukraine, this is all about the NEOCON/GLOBALIST/GREAT REST Maniacal Drive for REGIME CHANGE IN RUSSIA. If there was "Genuine Concern" for the peoples of Ukraine then, LONG AGO, pressure would have adequately been brought to bear on the Ukraine "government" to abide by their MINSK AGREEMENT Obligations !!!
