Maybe they're starting to get the idea it's not a good idea? Thinking it through? congress.gov Funny how this bill got started before we knew what was going on. Think the Russians knew?

It sounds to me like Biden intends to completely saddle American taxpayers with all of Ukraine's expenses. No doubt at the first opportunity, Biden will have our troops in there rebuilding schools, hospitals, apartments, etc. While at the same time, a huge number of Ukrainian's will be living the good life in the U.S. at taxpayer's expense (Biden promised it to them - including free mental health.)
