Birdie the bull bear ratio has only been below - 40 three times, since the data was recorded.

1991. Correction was very mild. Indices took off and never looked back, to the 2000 top.

2009. Correction was deep, we all know what has happened since.

Today. Correction so far has been mild imo. I think we are in the early stages of a big melt up, similar to 1991 and post. Most waver types I think have the '87/'89 bust as a 3/4 type of wave. The same have the 2020 bust as a 3/4 wave .... if it rhymes we have a long ways to go.

And ... Hurst does not have a 7 or 8 year cycle. Seems to me to be evidence there is a 7 year cycle, but .... Hurst has a 9 year cycle. Next super big low in 2027 to 2029, somewhere in that time frame, post the big top?
