Thanks for the reply, but what BS??? Why did he continue the food fight and then make such an absurd bet when no one really knows what this market can do as a result of changing global economic tectonics??? That remains a mystery... I've had numerous PM conversations with him a few weeks ago suggesting that he ignore negative comments, that's the mature thing to do, and yet he still went on and then went ahead anyhow and made that foolish offer??? If he loses, then I'll surely miss him but why was he so compelled to make such an all or none type bet??? That makes no sense... My forum is open to anyone who has a market comment or market opinion, they don't have to be right and they're not attacked for being wrong, but da cheif felt it necessary to ask that poster what "credentials" that poster had to post such a comment... Why does anyone need any credentials to offer their own personal opinion??? If you choose to be his spokesman, if he won't respond himself, then could you tell me why anyone would need "credentials" before posting their own personal opinion??? What was that all about??? That remains a complete mystery... I try to learn something from everyone, everyone has something to offer... at least I try to learn from everyone... I keep being reminded of that saying, even a fool can teach a wise man, but even a wise man cannot teach a fool... GZ

I could only add that only a real friend and a true friend will tell you the truth about things, all the others will only agree with you just to be polite while it's anything but being sincere and honest... I've been nothing less that up front and honest in all my PM conversations with da cheif but he continued to ignore my suggestions... He always thanked me for my PM suggestions but he never followed them... So, this is where we are today as a result... I find it sad that he felt compelled to make such a foolish bet, it could easily have been completely avoided had he listened to a friend's good and honest advice... GZ
