THE only real positive thing you can attribute to clinton is that he kept his hands off the economic helm. Actually he was handcuffed by a Republican Congress (though they have their own set of problems; vote Libertarian). With a friendly, Democratic Congress we would have socialized health care, larger welfare programs, no chance of tax cuts or tax reform, etc. Gridlock is the best thing that can happen for this country. We could go ten years without a new law and no one would be worse off for it.

Rich/Ed,:"Clinton". He said in the state of union address that: "We disolve MORE BOMBs than the 'desert storm war'". Talk about shameless character who claimed credits for war he didn't have to fight/sweat and treat the public as 'dirt,fool'. Without the 'victory of the war' and the ensuing agreement, does he have any bomb to disolve. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. I agree with you 100% though, as long as the economy is good and he is spreading enough wealth among "his people", he'll be OK. Who care about character? I still think we have a society NO MONEY CAN FIX. It'll die of natural death, self destruction under the names of Politically Incorrect Issues. Good part for Clinton's and alike is that, the problem won't show up in a decade or two. These guys may have a nobel prize of something. Look at the communist countries, when they arise, the leaders were the savors. Decades later, they are whipped from graves.
