i think that people will leave aol.. and use erols or others for less.. i left for the same price last year because i could not dial up connect.. they robbed me and charged me for months after i cancelled.. i will NEVER use them again.

Don, consider the AOL move from the perspective of the better ISPs. With MindSpring profitable at current rates, they are now in the enviable position of choosing between 1) raising rates, making even more money while continuing to chip away at market share or 2) keeping rates where they are and grabbing market share faster, also resulting in higher profits. Tough decisions. What will they do?!
