Hello Mr. Ed and All:

I have been travelling alot with business and did not know whats going on. Having almost given up - but kept my shares - I am thinking that if the product is real Xinex could be bought out for the market cap of 15 cents/share. I figure this lawsuit, coupled with far too many shares outstanding and no cash, give them no room and any smart networking company will push a takeover - again if the product is real.

Given this scenerio what is the most we can hope for ie., have our 15 cents/share converted to the equivelent amount of the buyer. Lets see if its Cisco we get approx. 0.0003 cents/share.
