sz: I agree with you. Wise words. You got to accept it when you have made a mistake. The most recent one I recall was SYNX which I bought at 12-15 and sold at around 4. With AOL, I need to give it more time before I reverse my trade at a lost. For some other people the right decision may be to cover. IMO for one reason or another [the market may drop] we should see much lower prices on AOL this year.

97 was a good year for me 40+% return, don't know if this beats the market on a risk adjusted basis as I was frequently holding up to 50% margin (at the right times just plain luck). YTD, I am at around +3%. However, I am -6% from my peak which oddly enough occurred last November, after the October crash.
