I'll go one step further.. what would Zen teach us about a cult? my wife is a professed Taoist. if anything, this has strengthened our relationship. I'm saying I have room to roam (I'm not insinuating that I would do another woman), what I say in all my Chinese- viewed imperfections of me, a foreigner, I can do no wrong at this stage of my wife & her religious understanding. okay, if Zen dominates, then by all means I have failed label miserable with a few of my family & contemporaries. But now I'm thinking common textbook 'Zen Standards'.. what if the labeling is not based in all honesty of me but as a product of their own failings & misery? in all honesty, there can not be a intelligent compromise of any sorts... just the eventual acceptance of flawed behaviors. More frustrations. I'm not fond at all of the politics of this past 20yrs. I'm thinking through hook- or- by- crook, we elected Bush2. He was a joke of a human being and as president, took our country a 180 degree turnabout.. peace & prosperity, a decreasing Fed debt, to a nation broken economically, militarily, in recession.. on the doorstep of a depression. and people voted for the clown? I too am a mean Democrat, but I do not deal nor would I compromise with Trump's wacked out cult. I do not believe in appeasement. I think 2024 will be radically much different than as viewed in today's world. Out of the desert of nowhere, someone will step forward. As of this moment, if the Democrats are to be successful, then Biden would have to prove a miracle. It ain't gonna happen.
