Only a fool would believe that SEC rules prevent the institutions and big game traders from learning critical facts before the average investor If this is indeed the case, then you should be more bullish than ever. SFAM did not crater after its announcement and AMAT rose from the ashes from about 29 three weeks ago to 38+ last week. If the big boys have news of something, looks + to me since they are the ones driving up the prices. BK

David, Nice summary of a proven to be dangerous situation. Your perspective of being able to hold from the fall is more of a blessing. Consider for a moment the gift realized for those who bought. So now I read about tremendous growth in this technology and find that shortly after the sector forecast is released that the two leaders have warned. Add to that the two laggards in this technology are AMAT and LAM. I think your assessment is correct there is a more profitable place for investment
