Someone with the opinion that it happened is not proof. Proof requires something more than speculation.

That is something you refuse to accept.

As long as it isn't doesn't by privately funding election precincts to do it. Which is precisely what happened.

Then you or someone else should be able to prove it. Video, memos, sworn testimony. Something.
