I considered Moldova as an potential expansion site a few years back... and decided not mostly as... excess in legacy bureaucracy being particularly unfriendly to out of town businesses...more in ag than other things. i don't have easy access to the stock listed Bucharest exchanges... otherwise might find it useful to add support. FWIW, have not given up on the idea of similar parallel effort in Georgia... which is both much more friendly as a place to conduct business... and, interestingly, one of the few places in the world I have found where real estate is still held in fee simple... which I find is very appealing, whatever other risks might pertain... more as value added in making a "well regarded" vineyard of vacant land... can be disproportionately large...
