First, it’s an interesting video, but I saw it in the morning and wasn’t going to post it. Did it because you posted an old one. Missed the fact that you did so to make a special point.

It is well known that the early part of the Russian invasion was very troubled - because of a major intelligence failure. The Russians worked out some kind of an understanding with a number of mayors and military commanders. However, the Ukrainian intelligence services outsmarted them - and instead of an easy passage they were ambushed - and took a big beating.

Like the old charmer Mike Tyson said, everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

Anyway, this, apparently, was the reason that a large number people working in Russia's Ukraine intelligence department were fired - and some got arrested.

Entirely possible that Ritter made some guesstimates based on something - maybe on his knowledge about how the Russian military does business - that simply turned out different. I’ll take your word for it that he was wrong. I’m not going to watch the 2 month old video.

Let’s try not to make a whole discussion over it. It IS OK to disagree. Over the next several days or weeks there should be more clarity. Or, maybe they’ll go MAD - and then none of this matters a hoot.
