THE BIBLE ON ABORTION: The Bible does mention abortion. In Numbers 5:11-22, abortion is MANDATED in cases of adultery (i.e. bitter waters). Also worth mentioning: Exodus 21:22-25 calls for a mere fine for accidentally killing a fetus, and Genesis 2:7 says life begins at first breath.
