But why should Apple charge less than $2K for a machine that outperforms a Compaq machine selling for $2.5K and that they can sell faster than they can manufacture? I disagree with you, I think the G3 machines were well priced to start, and will likely decrease in price as production ramps and new machines appear at the high end. Similarly, many of the things you seem so sure are wrong I think are debatable, and that is NOT the same thing as a glee club. You want a glee club, go to the MSFT thread.
