I have long been an admirer of AOL stock. I bought some a few months ago at $78 and sold at $98.

Wall Street simply adores this issue. The company, although reportedly well-run by a top-flight management, is hindered by a business model that is dog crap.

In the past few months, I have warned shorts not to get into AOL, as they would get burned. Today was the Shortseller Flambe Especial. However, I highly recommend selling tomorrow before the market closes, and AOL reports their numbers.

I expect the AOL numbers to be good. I also expect the stock to sell off.

I will be shorting tomorrow.
