Normally they guide the next quarter's revenues and operating margin, and the full calendar year's revenues and operating margin. In this release, no.

I wonder if a competing bid will appear? It certainly seems possible, especially depending on how SIMO's future quarters play out.

Deal expected to close in H1 2023. Ok, there's plenty of time for counter offers to appear, especially if SIMO delivers the strong revenue growth I'm expecting in H2 2022. $115 is going (I think) look too cheap.
I wonder if SIMO suspends the dividend until the merger closes?
