Dan, Thanks for the skinny. Wouldn't hiring 350 people in tech support seem like more than a great last quarter? I don't know what it takes to run that operation, but, it sure seems like a boat load of people which could imply they are having an increase in service/quality problems. The rumor of laying off 400 production jobs would tend to support additional head scratching, unless the production jobs are supposed to be picked up in Utah, for example. I hear your concerns on being leery of these guys, which is why I usually short 'em after a quick run. Regards, DWW I
