I'm from St Louis so I like St Louis style pizza but the only place you can get it here is IMOs which is now 50 miles away from me. The only real difference is they use provolone cheese instead of mozzarella.

I found a fully seasoned stone at an antique store a couple of years ago - had broken mine years before and not replaced. I love cooking on it… cast iron makes a good crust as well. We live and breathe cast iron down here, and I cook a mean steak on one
