I love goat cheese. So yes, please. When I was in NYC, I could actually get water buffalo milk. I don't think they have it here. But it is much better than cow milk.

I LOVE cheese and that has been my goal here eventually. I need to get a fence around each section of woods first, then I figure I can turn goats loose in them. The problem is that goats eat the same stuff as my deer and I hear they are escape artists. I'm leaning towards only getting a few and then just work then in one patch at a time so the deer can have the other ones. My woods are so thick and overgrown, I'd really like to have the goats clean them up. Cheese would probably taste better than store bought even if it was just in my mind.
