Speaking of fast food in China, I think McDonald's sells more soft serve ice cream there than anywhere else in the world.

Many locations have walk-up windows on the street that do almost nothing but service customers who are ordering soft serve vanilla ice cream.

I NEVER understood the attraction of KFC and McDee in China.. So may MANY restaurants with cheap food and a brew to boot brew ... many pick your own food.. feed two for the price of a few McNuggets

Mind you there were mostly overweight kids at the McDo's (Quebecois for MacDonalds) in China... Secret US op LOL
