Especially for biotechs. Until they let a major become their partner even on a breakthrough drug, There is so much resistance put up to their discovery that it will get crapcanned until they let the biggie in. The FDA is corrupt. It has been that way for years.

The drug business is like the mafia. Big Pharma wants to wet their beaks on everything.
