Since you have this math thing so well figured out, why don't you put your skills towards doing a purely arithmetic analysis of what minimum numbers of base rate would satisfy the percentages stated? Hint: it must be more than 10. Or you could just read the article, but that would deprive you of the pleasure of writing meaningless, ignorant (and I specifically mean "not knowing" because you refuse to read the article) posts ad infinitum.
