Generally you exercise options as an insider at the lowest price
to save on the tax hit-its deemed as ordinary income. He sold his free
trading paper, then used the cash to take down options at a tax
advantage, and who knows what the next insider reports will show.
I am not researching PDG as a short and we are covered and neutral
on Royal Oak. What capital did he tie up?
