And why, when our government does the same, should anyone be accused of alarmism for expressing concern? There is no evidence that it has done the same. Your distrust and fear that it might do the same is so internalized and intense that you can't tell your projection or the propaganda you read from reality. Like so many of our exchanges, you have no evidence yet a surfeit of certainty.
