viper, No, I am quite small, but I have a level of security that allows me to manage the properties as my sole souce of income and do some travelling. I could sell and then live entirely on interest, however the depressed Toronto real estate market is rebounding and I will hold for the next few years, or longer. The guys who are hurting are the commercial vacancies, now at 15% and falling. many people were forced out of their buildings when rents fell below income and costs and they ran out of $$ to feed it. Empty property eats you alive. Bill
