John Paul,

I agree that this will be a winner. 1-for-20 reverse split is a fact, if approved by the shareholders. In actuality, this will happen, as will the name change to Axcess, Inc. If there is insider buying, I'd really like to know about it, but I haven't seen any 144 filing on Edgar, and the Vickers link doesn't show it (but maybe LASX is too small for them to pay close attention to).

XL Vision and Safeguard have a strategy here (I know I sound like a broken record), but I don't have all the pieces yet to figure it out. XLV has really taken a big role in Safeguard's portfolio and as an incubator over the last couple years, and I'm hoping something more will be mentioned about their plans at the Feb. 17 conference call.

If you had guts of steel, you might consider selling your shares and buying them back in 31 days (if this price holds that long), taking the loss. I don't have the fortitude to try it. I'd hate to miss something.
