Michael,

The way I read today's press release is that Eco has
until this Thursday to dot all the i's and cross all
the t's in a mutually acceptable contract. Of course,
in reality if DBCO gets a higher bid under the table it
could delay any signings until after the Thursday date.

But assuming everyone is working in "good faith" to get
the deal closed, the odds are in Eco's favor the transaction
will be executed to everyone's satisfaction.
