More importantly, "regular order" was abandoned when Pelosi attempted three impeachments of Trump for NOTHING. The lies, the abject nonsense leading up to and throughout the Trump term, and even today, out of fear of his winning another term, you have a PARTISAN "committee" operating in total secrecy (for no reason other than to allow choice of material to release to the media) that is 100 percent political in nature. Regular order, indeed.
